Clark Allen, Technical Principal As a technical principal and software developer for The Information Store, Clark Allen supports the development and delivery of the company's PetroTrek Solutions. Before joining iStore, Allen spent 25 years with Texaco as a Geophysicist and computer programmer. His programming experience at Texaco included software solutions for seismic processing, computer-based mapping, interactive exploration databases, integrated upstream data models and web-based production allocation and oilfield daily operations systems. During his tenure with Texaco he served as the Manager of the Development program and Chief Operating Officer for the Petrotechnical Open Software Corporation (POSC) - the global industry collaboration which developed the Epicentre E&P Data Model in the early 1990s. Allen earned a bachelor's degree in physics from Cornell University. |
